About Santini’s

A little gelato shop with a much bigger dream.

Santini’s Sweets & Gelato is a family-owned shop in Justin, Texas, built around a pretty simple idea:

Good food has a way of bringing people together.

A scoop of gelato after a baseball game. A cheesecake brought home for a birthday. An affogato shared over a conversation. A family stopping in because the kids have been asking all week.

Those little moments are what Santini’s is about.

We want to make incredible desserts, of course. But more than that, we want to build a place that becomes part of the memories people make together.

Our Story

Santini’s started as a small gelato shop, but for us, it has become something much more personal.

When my wife, Juliana, and I took over Santini’s, we weren’t simply taking over a business. We were being given the opportunity to build something together — something we could pour ourselves into, grow alongside our family, and hopefully pass down someday.

Neither of us looks at Santini’s as just another dessert shop.

It’s our livelihood. It’s where we spend our days. It’s where we’ve met so many of our neighbors. It’s where regular customers have slowly become friends.

And it’s the beginning of a dream we hope to spend a lifetime building.

We want Santini’s to feel like the kind of neighborhood place that seems to have always been there — warm, welcoming, a little nostalgic, and full of life.

The kind of place where someone can walk through the door years from now and say,

“I used to come here with my parents.”

That would mean more to us than almost anything.
